Nike Retail Associate in Belgium is seeking an energetic team player to deliver premium customer service, connect shoppers with the right Nike products, and maintain store presentation.

You will handle cash transactions, stock the floor, assist training, and support loss prevention while building positive relationships with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with hours and a passion for the brand are important; equality and inclusion are emphasised.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide premium customer service and connect customers with the right product by using product knowledge and a friendly approach.
• Operate cash register for regular transactions and support basic store duties.
• Stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource and train entry level associates as needed.
• Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.
• Develop positive relationships and a collaborative team environment.
