Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through customer experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while staying aligned with brand culture. The role requires strong communication, energy, and market awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 in English & Dutch required.
• Strong customer focus and communication.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive personality.
• Show initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines performed daily.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems efficiently.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory checks.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
