Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Key Lead at Rue Neuve in Brussels to supervise on the floor, coach brand reps, and ensure smooth store operations. The role focuses on delivering a quality in-store experience, driving sales, and maintaining visual displays.

You will open/close, run the register, fulfill omni-channel orders, and stay current with fashion trends while representing the brand’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred (1 year).
• CEFR B2 English & Dutch fluency required; no prior supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
