Job summary

You will guide the team, coach associates, and maintain visual merchandising to reflect the Hollister brand across Belgium. The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and adaptability, with weekend availability and a dynamic weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS / register systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays to support merchandising.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
• Support a variable schedule with weekends and peak periods.
