Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily store routines including opening and closing.

You will lead recruitment and training, coach non-management staff, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure compelling product knowledge and visual displays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom with excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
