Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an optimal in-store experience and daily sales performance.

The role requires English & Dutch fluency (CEFR B2), a high school diploma or GED, and retail experience. Expect varied weekly hours with weekend availability and peak-period adjustments. Company benefits and bonus opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 English and Dutch fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
