This role involves acting as a Floor Supervisor, guiding brand representatives and ensuring effective store operations. You’ll work part-time, likely 24 hours per week, with a schedule involving weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch required.
• No supervisory/management experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as Floor Supervisor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Ensure effective store operations and drive performance.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders and protect store assets.
