Advancis Software & Services GmbH seeks a Service Technician for the BeLux market, working remotely from a home office. The role involves organizing projects, implementing complex IT systems, and supporting national and international subsidiaries and partners.

Requirements include strong IT knowledge, analytical mindset, basic project management, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English. Travel internationally and a valid driver's license are expected as part of project activities.

Qualifications

• Strong IT knowledge acquired through a degree program or comparable vocational training.
• Analytical skills for independently identifying and solving problems with a solution-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of vector graphics editing (desirable).
• Experience with databases, virtualization, network protocols, and IT security mechanisms (desirable).
• Basic programming knowledge (desirable).
• Precise and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong customer and service orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Very good French, Dutch, and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and holding a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Project organization and technical responsibility for the implementation of complex IT system projects (installation and configuration).
• Analysis, consulting, implementation, and documentation of solutions within customer environments.
• Supporting national and international subsidiaries, partners, and key accounts, and independently carrying out qualification activities and solution development.
• Creating proof-of-concepts for partners.
• Training our certified partners.
