Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a Client Care Officer to be the first point of contact for customers and partners needing technical assistance. You will combine a customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills to provide efficient remote support.

You will handle questions, incidents, and technical issues related to security solutions, delivering a professional customer experience and coaching team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and French communication, fluent written and spoken.
• Basic English knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Structured, accurate and solution-oriented work style.
• Empathy and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers and partners by phone and in writing.
• Remotely connect to customer systems to analyse and resolve issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify the appropriate solution.
• Carry out remote technical and administrative interventions, such as system or code modifications.
• Create, update and follow up tickets until resolution; escalate complex issues when needed.
