Job summary

You will handle questions, incidents and activations related to security solutions, escalating complex issues as needed, and working with colleagues to maintain high service levels and a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
• Structured, accurate and solution-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests, incidents and activations according to priority.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technical team with full information documented.
• Contribute to Service Desk KPIs, including response times, ticket resolution times and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and high level of service.
