Teamleader CRM, a SaaS scale‑up based in Ghent and part of the Visma Group, is expanding Teamleader Orbit in the German‑speaking market. You will generate and qualify leads, book first meetings, and coach prospects through the early sales cycle.

Open to Junior, Medior, and Senior candidates with fluent German and strong professional English. You’ll join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team offering extensive onboarding and training, plus a flexible remote/hybrid setup from Germany or Ghent/Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and solid professional English required.
• Some exposure to B2B/outbound sales is a plus; drive matters more.
• Comfortable on the phone and engaging with decision‑makers.

Responsabilités

• Generate and follow up on leads using phone, email, and social channels.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts with marketing; collaborate with teams.
• Book qualified first meetings for Account Executives; brief handoffs for successful closures.
• Undergo hands‑on onboarding, learn our story, tool, and workflows, and receive sales coaching.
• Have initial customer conversations within weeks and celebrate early wins with the team.
