Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking a Release Manager to join our Brussels team, working fully remote within Europe. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end release process, ensuring adherence to Change and Deployment Management and maintaining release governance across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with software development lifecycles (Agile/Waterfall/DevSecOps) and release planning.
• 10+ years of using CI/CD tools to enable automated builds and deployments.
• 10+ years of experience with version control systems and CI toolchains.
• 7+ years of experience with monitoring/logging tools to validate release stability post‑deployment.
• 3+ years of Oracle WebLogic experience (v14+).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate release schedules and activities, maintain release calendar and manage dependencies.
• Oversee end-to-end release process ensuring alignment with Change/Deployment Management.
• Collaborate with development, testing, operations and business teams for readiness across the release pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, release criteria, and audit requirements.
