Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Change & Release Coordinator fluent in English to support remote EU operations. The role integrates with the Development team and collaborates with a major client's IT team, with initial on-site coordination as needed.

The candidate should have ITIL-based change and release management experience, knowledge of CI/CD, ServiceNow, and strong English communication. Remote work within the EU is offered with ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline with at least 5 years in IT Operations or IT service management.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned frameworks and change/release-management processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification; Agile/DevOps or PM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational changes and releases of live service elements with focus on planning and resource coordination.
• Ensure Release and Change Management KPIs are reported and targets met.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers and other teams for deployments and release optimization.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams for effective system changes.
• Assist in support models and transition of projects into business-as-usual.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third parties to ensure timely changes.
