Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking a Project Manager to join our Brussels team while working fully remote. You will plan, lead and govern complex projects, aligning objectives with business outcomes and key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees and 10+ years of experience in project management, with hands-on use of JIRA, MS Project, Confluence and SharePoint. Global collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive project management experience.
Proven ability to plan, execute and close projects on time and within scope.
Proficiency in PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile frameworks including Scrum.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion within scope, budget and schedule.
Define objectives and outcomes with stakeholders and sponsors.
Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and risks.
Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance and deliverables.
Track costs, timelines, resources, risks, issues and changes.
Coordinate governance, meetings, reporting and decision processes.
Communicate status to stakeholders with regular, structured updates.
Ensure deliverables meet requirements, quality standards and compliance.
