SEIDOR is seeking an Integration and Workflow Specialist to drive integration initiatives for European Institutions in Brussels. The role focuses on reliable data exchange, secure API design, and scalable event-driven architectures across JEE ecosystems.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to meet security and compliance standards. Deep expertise in Java/JEE, Oracle WebLogic/TomEE, and experience with middleware, API gateways, and monitoring tools is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with version control and CI/CD toolchains.
• 5 years of experience designing and documenting integration strategies and patterns.
• 5 years designing and documenting APIs exposed on a public facing API Gateway.
• 5 years ensuring reliability, security, scalability, interoperability of integration/workflow solutions.
• 5 years developing with Java/JEE and related technologies.
• 5 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• 3 years in international/intergovernmental organisations or central administrations.
• 3 years in pharma/health/agrifood sectors.
• 3 years using monitoring tools (Dynatrace/Splunk).
• 3 years in web security and OAuth/OpenID Connect.
• 3 years using JIRA/Confluence; collaboration tools for planning/delivery.
• 1 year of AI concepts.
• 3 years using case management/workflow systems.
• 3 years EU data protection rules.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliable data exchange, interoperability, security, and compliance across systems.
• Design, plan, and implement secure, scalable integration architectures and patterns (API-led, event-driven).
• Apply distributed architecture principles to interoperability challenges.
• Design, implement, document APIs for exposure via a public API Gateway.
• Design, implement, and publish business events for an enterprise event-streaming platform.
• Develop and deploy business workflows leveraging APIs and events.
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, interoperability of integration/workflow solutions.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests; validate changes before CI/CD.
