Jobgether SRL, listing for a partner company, seeks a Recruitment Lead based in Belgium to own recruitment excellence in a fully remote, international environment.

You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, coach on assessments, manage pipelines, and work directly with founders to shape workflows while taking hands-on responsibility for select searches. Strong KPI focus is essential.

This fully remote role offers growth into Recruitment Manager as the team expands and partnerships deepen.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth settings.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and updates.
• Experience recruiting across marketing, sales, creative, operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Coach recruiters on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Attend client interviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor team performance and track placements weekly.
• Manage active pipelines and identify delays to keep searches moving.
• Provide weekly client updates on all open roles.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offers and identify new opportunities.
• Assign new searches based on capacity and requirements.
• Train new recruiters and improve SOPs.
• Track KPIs like 90-day retention and timelines.
• Follow a 30/60/90 onboarding plan with gradual ownership.
