Job summary

Qover in Brussels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for Brussels and London teams. You will manage multiple searches, write compelling job ads, and lead interviews and offers with a focus on a smooth, human candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with an HR Manager and a small team, using automation and AI to improve processes, while supporting a flexible hybrid setup with remote work options and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in recruitment
• Experience managing several recruitments at once
• Fluent in English, our working language
• Organised, autonomous and good at setting priorities
• A strong relationship builder who creates a positive candidate experience
• Comfortable owning the whole process, including salary negotiation and the contractual part

Responsibilities

• Run intake with hiring managers to understand needs and profile
• Write and publish clear, engaging job ads
• Actively source candidates across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, network)
• Lead screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Handle salary negotiations and contracts
• Recruit for Brussels and London offices
• Help improve recruitment processes with automation, reporting, AI and new ways of working
