Select HR in Herentals is looking for an enthusiastic HR Consultant focused on recruiting Lower Technics profiles. You will work in a dynamic team, using innovative recruitment methods and conducting in-depth interviews to match candidates with client needs.

You will coach candidates and collaborate with colleagues to connect opportunities with clients, while providing informed guidance on talent spotting and wellbeing. A flexible onboarding and development path is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• Driven and able to turn setbacks into opportunities.
• Persistence and client/candidate satisfaction matter; always strive for best results.
• Ability to structure diverse tasks efficiently.
• Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
• Experience in recruitment or a commercial role is a plus; grads with the right attitude welcome.

Responsabilités

• Recruit in an innovative way using social media campaigns to find candidates for client vacancies.
• Conduct deep pre-selections and structured interviews; assess candidates with tests.
• Act as career coach and guide candidates toward opportunities with existing and new clients; refer to appropriate colleagues.
• Provide valuable advice on finding specialized staff, identifying potential, and wellbeing concerns; collaborate with Outplacement, Consultancy and Projectsourcing.
