Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Belgium is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements across diverse specialties. This remote, independent-contractor role leads searches from intake and sourcing through assessment, presentation, and placement.

You will build talent pipelines, collaborate with clients, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to stay organized. The position offers flexible hours and exposure to executive search in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties or seniority levels
• Hands-on ATS experience and ability to manage requisitions, stages, notes, and reports
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
• Strong organization and communication skills, with client advisory capabilities
• Independent contractor mindset with ability to manage multiple searches autonomously

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment engagements from intake to placement
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements, timelines and success profiles
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle assignments for fractional engagements
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, databases and outreach
• Create or coordinate job postings and build strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct structured screening and interviews against selection criteria
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries
• Maintain communications and progress updates with clients and candidates
• Coordinate feedback, interview stages and offers with client authority over decisions
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and reporting data
• Monitor pipeline progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage workload within agreed weekly hours and escalate constraints
