Jobgether is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Spark projects, defining the strategy from MVP to GA and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Finance to drive growth and sustainability.

This remote-first role focuses on agent-driven development, AI tooling, and scalable backend infrastructure to empower AI agents and their platforms from the moment a project is created.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in developer tools or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of agent-driven development and how AI agents impact infrastructure and platforms.
• Experience with data analysis, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects from MVP to general availability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth and Finance on packaging, pricing and scalability.
• Instrument product metrics, gather feedback, and guide prioritization with data-driven insights.
• Support adoption and scaling across distributed teams and partner platforms.
