Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge business needs with creative services and innovative technology. You will partner with sales, account management, product, and engineering to understand client challenges and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, tech sales, consulting, or related).
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with agentic software development; formal software engineering background not required.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Experience scoping and pricing projects and collaborating across sales, product, and engineering functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers during client discovery to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Identify appropriate solutions across creative services, technology, and AI-powered tools.
• Design tailored solution architectures aligned with products, services, and AI tooling partners.
• Define scope, pricing, and commercial proposals for systems-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to validate feasibility and ensure sound proposals.
• Guide opportunities through internal technical review before engineering resources are allocated.
• Coordinate transition of signed projects to AI Deployment Strategists with clear documentation.
• Maintain relationships with strategic enterprise accounts as a trusted technical and strategic contact.
• Identify recurring needs and share insights with product teams to inform roadmaps.
• Develop reusable discovery and pricing templates and proposal materials.
• Deliver internal training to sales teams on technology-driven opportunities.
