Teamleader focuses on an all-in-one platform for European SMEs to run sales, projects, time-tracking and invoicing. We are expanding Focus AI, an agentic assistant built on top of the platform, and seek an AI Product Manager to scale adoption, monetisation and proven value for customers.

You will empower product teams to solve hard problems with AI, work in a cross-functional team, and own AI capabilities end to end from discovery to shipping, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of product management experience on technology-powered products.
• Hands-on user of AI tools and understanding prompts, context and failure modes.
• Experience digging into product and usage data and being honest about data limitations.
• Experience in agile, iterative cycles with engineers and designers.
• Commitment to shipping simple, usable features that solve real customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Own AI capabilities end-to-end, from discovery to shipping, adoption and metrics.
• Work in a cross-functional team with design, QA and engineering, plus GTM and customer teams on beta programs and launches.
• Define data needs, defaults, approvals and fail-safes for the assistant; write tests and iterate.
• Track usage and business metrics and build a data-informed narrative for next iterations.
