Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Belgium to define and operate a scalable PLG engine. You will own ARR, drive freemium-to-paid conversion, expansion, and retention across global markets in a remote-first setup.

You will collaboration across marketing, product, engineering, and sales to turn complex cloud and developer platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences and data-driven growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading PLG at senior/director level in SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Track record of owning revenue targets including ARR growth and monetization.
• Ability to translate complex products into self-service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product-led growth strategy to drive ARR globally.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and improve onboarding.
• Optimize self-serve funnels and conversion for both SMB and enterprise.
• Drive international expansion and expansion of customer base.
• Lead data-driven experiments and measure impact on retention.
• Collaborate with product leaders to align platform capabilities with customer needs.
