Jobgether is seeking a Product Lead to shape strategy and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will mentor Product Managers, oversee roadmaps, and champion data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams.

This fully remote role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful initiatives that fuel growth in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming with understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers.
• Strong expertise in strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and execution.
• Experience with product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation.
• Ability to align stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, encouraging ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmaps, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.
• Drive data-informed decisions through analytics, metrics, and experiments.
• Identify opportunities from customer insights, market trends, and competitive intel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and dependencies.
• Monitor performance against objectives and implement improvements to maximize results.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans delivering measurable impact.
