ABB Installation Products Division is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Medium Voltage Cable Accessories portfolio across EMEA & Asia. You will define and execute product line strategies, drive lifecycle activities, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Marketing to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, New Product Development, Business Development, or related roles within the electrification industry.
• Demonstrated Medium Voltage experience is required; MV cable accessories, utility markets, and power distribution applications are highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market dynamics into clear product priorities and business opportunities.
• Proven experience managing product portfolios, lifecycle activities, launches, and go-to-market strategies.
• Capacity to influence and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance in an international environment.

• Build deep understanding of MV cable accessories markets and related customer applications.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including development, launch, profitability optimization, and phase-out activities.
