Job summary

ABB is seeking a Product Marketing professional to support Sales teams across Belgium and Luxembourg by translating technical possibilities into clear customer value. You will help implement our product marketing strategy for Medium Voltage solutions and play a key role in tender processes and customer engagements.

This role offers hybrid work arrangements across Belgium, with a focus on Diegem and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
• First experience in a relevant technical or engineering environment.
• Affinity with sustainability, energy-efficient innovative solutions, and motivation to contribute to a low-carbon future.
• Eagerness to collaborate on electrification projects that accelerate the transition to safe, smart, and sustainable energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate tender documents by coordinating with technical, financial, and product management stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of the bid process, including risk reviews and customer negotiations.

This position reports to: Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will support Sales teams in driving business growth by translating technical possibilities into clear customer value and by strengthening our market position. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing our product marketing strategy for Medium Voltage solutions across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your day-to-day includes

• Delivering accurate and competitive tender documents by coordinating with technical, financial, and product management stakeholders.
• Managing all aspects of the bid process , including risk reviews and participation in customer negotiations.
• Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to an excellent customer experience.
• Strengthening sales efficiency by providing relevant product knowledge, training , and market insights.

Qualifications for the role

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
• First experience in a relevant technical or engineering environment.
• Affinity with sustainability, energy‑efficient innovative solutions , and motivation to contribute to a low‑carbon future .

• Strong communication skills in Dutch , French , and English .
