Job summary

Elia Group is seeking a Senior Asset Manager Underground High-Voltage Cables to monitor asset fleets, manage risks and define maintenance strategies and budgets. You will oversee advanced monitoring applications (DTS/RTTR, DAS, partial discharge) and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to shape the long-term grid vision.

You will coach other Cable Asset Managers, develop asset health indices, and prepare annual and multi-year budgets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with electrical/electromechanical focus.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance planning.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and budgets is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the condition of the asset fleet and manage risks.
• Define maintenance strategy and multi-year budgets.
• Oversee monitoring applications and data analyses for underground cables.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and engineering teams.
• Develop policies and guidelines for maintenance, repair and replacement.
