Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Mech Lead to guide the Life Science MEP delivery across large and multiple projects. You will lead the MEP teams, shaping technical and commercial execution while ensuring safety, quality and energy goals are met and handover is seamless.

Reporting to Regional leadership, you will embed MEP management systems and drive consistent performance across engineering, procurement and construction stages, delivering client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Academic/technical background in Mechanical or Electrical MEP.
• Membership in an industry professional body is preferred.
• HSE training such as IOSH or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Building Services Strategy Plans.
• Guide MEP teams through technical and commercial project bid activities.
• Ensure MEP packages align with pre-construction and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate temporary electrical requirements, load and energy assessments.
• Lead and motivate MEP teams to deliver on time and quality demands.
• Plan resources to manage project delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee MEP documentation, QA/QC, and handover plans.
