Job summary
John Sisk & Son is seeking a Mech Lead to drive MEP delivery across designated projects within the Life Science team. The role reports to the Regional Director/Regional MEP Lead and focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety, quality and energy targets.
You will guide and motivate MEP teams to achieve integrated, commissioned systems that meet design and client requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale MEP projects, a strong understanding of
Qualifications
- Senior leadership and mentoring of MEP teams on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP management systems and safety standards.
- Ability to drive delivery within time, budget and quality constraints.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering Building Services Strategy Plan.
- Guide MEP packages through tender and award processes.
- Ensure MEP teams manage load and energy assessments.
- Lead and motivate MEP teams to meet objectives and handover comformance.
- Coordinate with project planning for resources and schedules.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover plans with MEP contractors.
