Sisk Group is seeking an Electrical Lead to drive the delivery of electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects. You will provide technical and managerial leadership, ensuring designs, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with engineering management, MEP leads and client teams to align programme, budget and risk with project objectives while guiding teams through FATs, SATs and IST activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership on large-scale construction/engineering projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements for electrical works.
• Experience with life sciences, data centres or advanced technology projects is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems.
• Review electrical design documents, submittals and material selections for compliance.
• Drive health, safety, quality assurance and risk management across all electrical works.
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams for project integration and reporting to leadership.
