Job summary

Sisk is seeking an Electrical Lead for life sciences and technology projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the electrical team, ensuring design, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the MEP Lead and engineering management to deliver on programme, budget and risk, while integrating electrical with BMS, process and instrumentation across project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects.
• Health and safety training (e.g., Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems.
• Ensure all electrical works meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for electrical execution, resource allocation and planning.
