Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is a global construction leader seeking an Electrical Lead to deliver all electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects in Belgium. Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide technical and managerial leadership, ensuring design, installation, testing and commissioning meet the highest safety and quality standards.

You will drive programme and budget compliance, coordinate with MEP, engineering and client teams, mentor engineers and subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, life safety systems.
• Review and approve electrical design documents and material selections.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP and client teams to align on schedule and budget.
• Lead risk management and reporting on progress and issues to leadership.
