Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo) based in Belgium for a fully remote, full-time role in the D2C/e-commerce space. You will own planning, copywriting, campaign execution, and performance improvements across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.

You will collaborate with designers and leadership, utilize AI tools to streamline tasks, and drive revenue while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups.
• Previous copywriting experience, with the ability to create persuasive content that drives conversions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential.
• Experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
• A solution-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Brief and collaborate with the design team to develop effective and engaging email creatives.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy tailored to each brand's audience and objectives.
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo.
• Support customer communication initiatives across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Use modern AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor campaign execution and performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and commercial results.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively identify solutions to operational or performance challenges.
