Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead based in Belgium to own the digital experience from visitors to loyal customers. You will drive website optimization, lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, and messaging across product lines, partnering with leadership to influence strategy and growth.

You will design end-to-end customer journeys, run A/B tests, and translate customer insights into measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website conversions and lifecycle programs.
• Strong copywriting grounded in customer research and insights.
• Experience building lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, sample sizes, success metrics, and data-driven decisions.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English communication for diverse audiences.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to drive practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own website structure, messaging, and conversion performance across product pages.
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, onboarding, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Develop clear product line positioning and consistent messaging across channels and tools.
• Plan, write, and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns.
• Translate customer insights into improved web pages and messaging.
• Track key metrics (conversion, repeat revenue, CRM performance) and prioritize initiatives.
