Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Setter & Closer based in Belgium for a fully remote freelance role. You will convert qualified prospects into paying clients through outbound calls and Zoom meetings, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the sales cycle with confident communication and relationship-building.

You will work with warm leads, identify needs, handle objections, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in appointment setting and closing deals.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a full sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and Zoom.
• Self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce services, assess interest, and qualify opportunities.
• Identify prospects' needs and potential to determine fit for services.
• Schedule qualified appointments and prepare prospects for next steps.
• Conduct sales conversations via phone or Zoom, presenting offerings and value.
• Manage the full sales journey from first contact through negotiation and close.
• Follow up consistently with leads to address objections and maximize conversions.
• Maintain organized prospect management and timely follow-ups through the pipeline.
• Own individual sales performance and work toward revenue targets.
