Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, customer marketing or growth marketing.
• Enjoys working with data and translating insights into actions.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects across teams.
• Interest in fashion, retail or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize email campaigns, automations and customer journeys.
• Analyze CRM performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop audience segmentation and customer retention initiatives.
• Support CRM-related A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Contribute to the rollout and development of our loyalty program.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, E-commerce and Product Marketing teams.
