Beko Europe in Mechelen, Belgium, seeks an HR Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for employees and managers. You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination with SD Worx, and ensure Belgian labour compliance while delivering a great employee experience.

Hybrid work arrangement: four days in the Mechelen office and one day from home, within a dynamic, international HR team focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Onboarding, contracts, employee data management, and offboarding.
• Payroll processing coordination with external provider in Belgium.
• Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and internal policies.
• Handling HR records and compliance with local laws.
• Experience with HR information systems and payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with SD Worx.
• Serve as first point of contact on HR policies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
• Support recruitment administration and employee engagement initiatives.
