Ideal candidates will have solid experience in C&B management, project management expertise, and fluency in French and English. The contract is freelance, starting ASAP for 6 months, with a mix of on-site and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in C&B and job grading using Hay methodology in an international context.
• Proven expertise in HRIS implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
