Conversa is building AI phone assistants for SMBs and seeks its first dedicated customer success hire to build onboarding processes and scale customer outcomes. You’ll onboard customers via calls and email, answer questions, and identify upsell opportunities in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales or account management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch.
• Understand how software works and comfortable with technical questions.
• Organized and able to keep an overview when busy.
• Think in processes: how can we do this better?

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers via calls and email (average 5–10 per week).
• Answer questions via Intercom, email and phone.
• Proactively stay in touch with less active customers.
• Collect feedback and pass it on to the product team.
• Write and keep help articles up-to-date.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
