Job summary

claim.me, the flagship brand of Seven Senders, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer happiness and drive adoption for our online-shop claims platform. You will onboard new customers, own relationships, run KPI reviews, and help shape product with feedback.

This hybrid role in Belgium offers remote work options and a dynamic, ambitious team dedicated to reducing churn and delivering real value to online retailers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer success or related roles in B2B SaaS/e-commerce/logistics.
• Language: Fluent English and German (C1/C2).
• Ownership: build lasting relationships and take responsibility for customer success.
• Analytical: comfortable with KPIs; Looker experience is a plus.
• Structure: manage several customers and onboarding in parallel.
• Communication: explain processes clearly and train others.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and drive successful rollout.
• Own the customer relationship and be the trusted point of contact.
• Drive value and adoption: run KPI reviews, analyze claim volumes and refund rates; advise on features including AiME.
• Keep churn at zero by spotting risks and proactive issue resolution.
• Be the voice of the customer and feed feedback to product.
