Jobgether in Belgium is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new partners through the onboarding journey in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will coordinate KYC, document collection, and account verification, working cross-functionally with Compliance, Sales, Operations and Customer Success to ensure timely, accurate onboarding.

This remote role rewards accuracy, proactive communication, and process improvement.

Competenze

• 1+ year in onboarding, customer support or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard productivity software.

Mansioni

• Act as primary onboarding contact for new partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC docs, ownership details, and required information per compliance.
• Review submissions for completeness and follow up on gaps or discrepancies.
• Maintain partner records in CRM and internal systems; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Sales to move cases to final approval.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and inform partners and stakeholders.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success for smooth handover.
• Handle confidential information following privacy and security rules.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and suggest template/workflow improvements.
• Track activity and timelines to support reporting and efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools to support research and administrative tasks.
