Job summary

Accountable Banking Belgium is expanding its Customer Success Team to help freelancers manage taxes and finances through a user-friendly mobile app. The team works across NL/FR/EN and collaborates with Berlin/Brussels to improve user communications and journeys, including testing and optimization for mobile and web apps. Start date 1/11/2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers to support users (NL/FR/EN).
• Act as interface between users and banking partner.
• Develop ideas for user communication and implement after consultation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin/Brussels on user communication evolution.
• Assist with ongoing testing to improve mobile and web app user journeys.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
