Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Customer Retention Supervisor based in Belgium to lead a team of retention specialists in the fast-growing fintech and cryptocurrency sector. You will own customer reactivation, pursue repeat transactions, and drive revenue recovery while guiding outbound engagement.

The role combines hands-on leadership with campaign management, SOPs, coaching, and data-driven improvement of conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer retention or outbound sales.
• Track record of driving retention, reactivation, and revenue growth.
• Experience developing SOPs, scripts, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Retention Specialists, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage repeat transactions and re-engage inactive customers.
• Design and optimize retention campaigns, workflows, and training materials.
• Organise daily outreach, manage schedules, and allocate campaign assignments.
• Monitor KPIs such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue recovered.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and improve agent skills.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues.
