Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Belgium for a flexible, fully remote freelance role. You will guide new members through onboarding sessions, help them explore training opportunities, and ensure an engaging first experience.

You will tailor guidance, follow up, and collect feedback to improve the onboarding process while supporting member success in a collaborative environment.

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for members.
• Adapt communication to individual learning needs.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve onboarding and satisfaction.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive learning environment.
