Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Coordinate and manage the company's goal-setting processes, monitor progress against objectives, and identify deviations.
• Decision-Making & Leadership Alignment: Ensure access to relevant business information, promote transparency, and support senior leadership alignment.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Develop efficient systems for knowledge sharing, documentation, collaboration, and Notion as the central knowledge base; identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Explore and promote AI tools to improve internal processes and overall efficiency.
