Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking an Event & Demo Operations Specialist to support event logistics, product demonstrations, and client engagement for the Enterprise Marketing team.

The role involves coordinating client events, trade shows, and on-site experiences, ensuring equipment is prepared, shipped, and ready for use. You will work closely with operations and cross-functional teams, manage registrations, and provide hands-on support at events across EU locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, event production, AV or hands-on logistics.
• Experience handling hardware, assembling equipment, or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Comfortable with hands-on technical tasks and using basic hand tools.
• Highly organized with multi-priority management including vendors and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate client-facing events, including receptions for about 80 guests.
• Manage event logistics, timelines and arrangements for a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate demonstration equipment requests with internal teams and arrange shipments.
• Lead setup and dismantling of equipment and marketing materials on-site.
• Lead weekly cross-functional coordination meetings and track outstanding tasks.
