Samsonite Belgium is seeking an IT Retail Operations Specialist to support retail technology across Europe. You will work with store personnel, retail management and business stakeholders to keep POS, omnichannel, CRM, and payment solutions running smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for incidents, coordinate openings, relocations and IT readiness, monitor systems, and collaborate with internal IT teams and partners to ensure continuity.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Retail Technology or Business Systems or related field.
• Familiar with POS systems, omnichannel processes and retail operations.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support retail operations across Europe with store personnel and management.
• First point of contact for retail tech incidents and requests.
• Coordinate new store openings, relocations and IT readiness tasks.
• Support POS, omnichannel, CRM, order management and payments applications.
• Monitor retail systems and interfaces, proactively spotting issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners for continuity.
• Coordinate and execute testing.
• Deploy new releases and enhancements.
• Analyze recurring incidents and suggest improvements.
• Maintain clear operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist users during peak periods and major rollouts.
• Contribute to process, UX and efficiency improvements.
