POLITICO Europe in Brussels seeks an IT Operations Coordinator to oversee IT operations across Europe and North America. The role requires coordinating multiple technical teams, supporting help desk, networking, and information security while occasionally troubleshooting onsite equipment.

You will travel occasionally to London or Paris and work with global teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating IT operations across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong understanding of help desk workflows and incident management.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with external MSPs and internal stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Act as go-between for help desk, networking and information security teams to ensure clear communication.
• Interface with the managed service provider in Brussels and coordinate coverage.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for IT operations.
• Serve as a hands-on coordinator during projects or emergencies.
• Assist with Active Directory provisioning and account management as needed.
• Support and troubleshoot conference room equipment and in-person IT needs.
• Coordinate with HR, facilities and global IT teams across regions.
• Liaise with POLITICO teams in North America and EU, and Axel Springer teams in Europe.
• Deliver IT literacy trainings on work tools (e.g., 1Password, AI tools, cybersecurity best practices).
