Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking an IT Field Services specialist to provide onsite and remote support for end-user devices, applications, connectivity, and workplace technology across Europe. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, keep systems secure, and support technology deployments while collaborating with regional IT colleagues.

The role emphasizes independent troubleshooting, adherence to processes, and clear communication to minimize service disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 4+ years' experience or 6 years related experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals, and end users in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, LAN/VPN connectivity, DHCP, IP networking, and endpoint support.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate appropriately.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills; able to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize within SLAs.
• Collaborative with local and remote colleagues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices, apps, connectivity, and workplace tech.
• Troubleshoot Windows PC/Laptop issues, LAN, VPN, Citrix, email, and enterprise apps.
• Install and configure PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, and VOIP phones; patching and remediation.
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory following security practices.
• Support local network infrastructure and basic cabling.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation for deployments and lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical docs and provide training as needed.
• Participate in regional IT projects and budget-planning within processes.
• Prioritize requests and escalate critical issues per SLAs.
