Job summary

WW Talents seeks Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams from Greece. This fully remote role covers customer service, after-sales support and technical assistance.

You'll handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, document cases in CRM, and escalate complex issues. Compensation is €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) with a performance-based bonus. Applicants must have the right to work in Greece and relocation support is included.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level.
• English level depends on project (B2–C1).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm under pressure and customer-focused.
• Able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, orders, payments and repairs.
• Offer after-sales support and manage returns/refunds.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide setup.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Create and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Provide timely case updates to customers.
• Research information using internal tools.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions.
